GOLF OKAY (THAILAND) COMPANY LIMITED

1. Quotation & Pricing
- All quotations are valid for 14 days from the date of issue. After this period, prices must be reconfirmed.
- All prices are quoted in Thai Baht (THB). Currency exchange is the partner's responsibility.
- Quoted prices are subject to availability at the time of booking confirmation.
- This quotation includes only the services explicitly listed. Not included services will be quoted separately.
2. Booking & Payment
2.1 Deposit Requirements

| Groups (8+ pax) | 50% of total | Within 24 hours |
- Booking is not confirmed until deposit is received. Unpaid bookings may be released.
- Balance Payment: Remaining 50% is due 14 days before arrival.
Payment Details
All bank transfer fees are partner's responsibility.
3. Amendments & Changes
All change requests are subject to availability.
14+ Days Before Arrival
No admin fee. Subject to availability & rate differences.
7-13 Days Before Arrival
฿1,000 admin fee + rate differences. Course/Hotel change: ฿500 per change.
<7 Days Before Arrival
Discretionary only. Supplier penalties apply.
4. Cancellation & Refunds

Refunds processed within 14 business days. Wire fees (approx ฿500-1,500) deducted.
5. Force Majeure
If services cannot be delivered due to circumstances beyond control:
Option A - Credit (Recommended)
Full credit toward future booking, valid 18 months. Transferable.
Option B - Cash Refund
Refund minus unrecoverable costs, transfer fees, and ฿1,000 admin fee.
